Unsung hero..

I married an artist, a revolutionary in a dozen different ways, a man of truly 'fine frenzy', nervous as a cat, always moving, never at rest...a thin man with much hair, a tongue like a razor and a brain like hell on fire....
no..no..I am not married and this is not my hubby's description..but ofcourse.. I would love to marry an artist, a revolutionary but after 'subtracting' those attributes..'nervous as a cat, always moving, never at rest.' Ok..I can discuss my preferences later..So by now it has become pretty clear that the husband in discussion is not mine...this husband is Agnes Smedley's...and this is Smedly's description of her husband..the British tried to assasinate this hubby of her and Sommerset Maugham based a story on him. This husband..Virendranath Chattopadhyay, after embracing communism became Virendranat Agornatovich Chatopadaya, the middle name denoting that he was Aghorenath's son following the proper Russian league..Unfortunately, he was killed in one of Stalin's purges.
...He is one of Eliot's people who 'rests in unvisited graves'.
